Creative Expressions

On Monday's, Peyton has 3 enrichment classes at the co-op.  His first class is Creative Expressions.  It is a show & tell type class.  It is to help the kids get used to talking in front of others.  Each week, the teacher pics a subject for the kids to bring and they have to tell 3 things about the object.  After that, the teacher reads a story to them and then they make an art project related to the story and item brought.

This past Monday, the kids had to bring one thing you find at the beach and tell 3 things about it.  Peyton brought sand.  The teacher read a story, and then they did their art project.  Their art project was to make a sea creature out of play-doh.  They had markers they could color the play-doh with, and the teacher provided googly eyes.  The pictures below are of Peyton and some of his classmates making their sea creatures.  Peyton made a puffer fish.
